The Open Space Authority board of directors has developed a framework of policies, guidelines and supporting documentation to assist in meeting the goals of the Authority. These documents also reiterate the Authority’s obligations under the law.
The Open Space Authority contracts annually with a certified public accountant to conduct an audit of all Authority financial transactions and records.
Periodically, the Open Space Authority complete studies and research that may be of interest to the communities it serves.
