Voter-Sponsored Initiative Measure to Adopt Parcel Tax for Open Space (Measure D)
On February 26, 2026, the Authority Governing Board officially placed Measure D on the ballot. To view the full text of Measure D, please click on the appropriate link below. If you desire a copy of Measure D, please call the Authority’s Election Official, Caroline Hernandez at (408)754-4511 and a copy will be mailed at no cost to you, pursuant to Elections Code section 9312. You may also request a copy by emailing Ms. Hernandez at clerk@openspaceauthority.org
To review the official County Voter Information Guide, which contains County Counsel’s Impartial Analysis of Measure D and the Official Ballot Arguments for Measure and Against Measure D, please visit the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voter’s official website at the link below. Selecting the link for “County Voter Information Guides” will open a dialogue box where you can enter your residence address and view a copy of the Voter Information Guide for you and anyone else at that address in the language of your choice.
