Ballot Argument Submission Information
The deadline for submittal of primary arguments in favor of and against the Initiative is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. The deadline for submission of rebuttal arguments to the primary arguments is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. All arguments must be submitted to the Clerk of the Board for the Open Space Authority's offices at 33 Las Colinas Lane, San José, CA.
