The Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority (Authority) is soliciting proposals from qualified Grazers to provide livestock operations for an initial five (5) year license term, with possibility of extension, on 235-acres of farmland (Property) located on Santa Teresa and Bailey Ave. in Coyote Valley.

The Authority is implementing a water-well replacement project (Project), which proposes to a) destroy the old well, b) construct a new water well near old well, and c) install of a pump and accessories.
The Authority is issuing this Request for Bids to remedy the safety concerns found in the home inspection performed during the purchase of the Tilton House, located in Morgan Hill, CA. The scope of the project include two component parts: (1) a seismic retrofit and upgrade and (2) a basement wall floor remedy and sump pump.
The Authority is issuing this Request for Bids for grading and development of a formal gated entrance and vehicular access from Malech Road to a staging area including parking, a vault toilet, trails, and other public access amenities as well as three rest areas located along a 7.5-mile trail network primarily consisting of existing ranch roads. Additional features include shade structures, interpretive and wayfinding signage, as well as site furnishings such as benches and picnic tables. The project will also include site grading and mitigation measures to reduce impacts to protected species.
